Refund Policy

At Prime Shine Maid Services, we take pride in providing a premium, detail-focused cleaning experience and aim to exceed expectations at every visit. Because our work is a service and time-based luxury experience, all payments are final and non-refundable once a service has been completed. However, client satisfaction remains our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied with any area of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will gladly return to re-clean the specific area of concern at no additional charge. Requests made after 24 hours fall outside our service guarantee, as conditions, traffic, and usage may affect the original results. For recurring clients, we offer an ongoing satisfaction commitment: if any detail is missed or does not meet your expectations, it will be corrected at your next scheduled cleaning as a priority item. Refunds are not issued for subjective preferences, add-on requests not included in the original service, or results impacted by pre-existing damage, heavy buildup requiring specialty services, or undisclosed conditions. If our team arrives and is unable to perform the cleaning due to lack of access, safety concerns, or incorrect service information, the full service fee or applicable cancellation fee will apply. By scheduling with Prime Shine Maid Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
